Session 1
Establishing The Vision
When you get clear on what’s important to you and start cultivating a detailed vision, you will find the motivation, direction, and empowerment to bring it to life. The example you set by focusing on yourself will create the opportunity for action, adventure, connection, growth, and success for you as a parent and your family.
Session 02
Discovering Authenticity
By exploring what’s important to you, you will be able to deeply connect with your values and strengths, you will feel fulfilled, and better able to reconnect with your most authentic sense of self.

Belief Reframes
Understanding where your own triggers arise from, will give you the freedom to leave behind what no longer is serving you as a parent. As you learn to transcend current limiting beliefs and expand your mind to a world of personal growth & possibilities, you are providing the nurtured environment your child so needs to independently grow and thrive.

Expanding Mindsets
Anchoring into your new empowered parenting mindset is going to enable you to shift perspectives and develop the resilience you so need when challenges arise with your child. Especially when faced with the emotions of fear, guilt, jealousy & failure. By developing a growth mindset for yourself, you will also be better able to model and instil this in others.

Chloe is the Founder of Mind Station Coaching. After leaving life as a primary school teacher, she has built a mission-driven online coaching company, transforming the lives of neurodivergent individuals. As a certified adult and children’s mindset coach, she has helped empower parents remove self doubt and shift perspectives in her high impact group coaching sessions. As a fully qualified primary teacher, she designs highly engaging educational coaching curricula, bringing a balance of coaching, teaching, mindset, and practical actions to implement at home for both parents and children. Chloe will encourage, inspire, and motivate you to accept and become the best version of yourselves.

We’ll review this as a team within 48 hours, to ensure our programme is the right fit for you as a parent. We will invite you to a call to ask more questions and to understand your current challenges.
STEP 2
Have a Discovery Call
On this call, you will meet Chloe and we will discuss your needs to ensure that the programme is the right fit for your family.
STEP 3
Begin the 3 Month Group Programme
After the call we’ll prepare a parent proposal form for you to review and sign on acceptance.
